New Student Registration
KINDERGARTEN EARLY REGISTRATION
2011-2012
The Bridge City Independent School District Kindergarten Registration for the 2011-2012 school year will be until May 26th at the Hatton Elementary School Campus Office
Kindergarten Registration Requirements
Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2011
Certified Birth Certificate
- Childs Social Security Card
- Up to Date Immunization record
- Proof for Residency (Electric, Water Bill or Lease)
- Parent or Guardian's drivers license
Registration packet will not be accepted until all the above are met.
Pre-Kindergarten Registration Requirements
Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2011 Proof of Income (Must meet the National School Lunch & Child Nutrition Programs Income Eligibility Guidelines)
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Childs Social Security Card
- Up to Date Immunization record
- Proof for Residency (Electric or Water Bill)
- Parent or Guardian's drivers license
Eligibility extends to:
- Dependents of Active Military (Parent/Guardian must have Military ID)
- Child of a member of the armed forces of the United States, who was injured or killed serving on active duty
- Child that has been in foster care of the Department of Family and Protective Services
- Child with limited English language (registration pending a language assessment)
Registration Packet will not be accepted until all is complete. Space is limited.
