Educational Programs

The most important aspect of the school district is its educational programs. The principle function of each facet of the school operation is to augment, promote, and facilitate the educational program.

The school libraries contain book selections appropriate to the age and interest level of the students and the number of titles exceeds the state acccreditation requirements. The libraries operate as educational resource centers with collections of filmstrips, microfilm, tapes, computers, and the necessary equipment for utilization by students. A certified librarian is assigned to each campus in the district.

The athletic program includes football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, track, tennis, and golf. These activities are supported by excellent facilities. The music activities include the band program that begins at 6th grade and the choral music program beginning at the elementary level.
