*Bridge City Independent School District’s Food Service professionals achieved an EXCELLENT RATING during their Administrative Review in December 2015.  This review covered critical areas of review both district-wide and at Bridge City Elementary School.  The review showed that our Food Service department is clearly committed to safeguarding the health and well-being of our students.  They exemplify the highest standards of caring and service.

All of our Cafeteria Managers and our Assistant Managers have completed a Certified Food Manager Course.

The Food Service Department has a continuous training program designed to address food sanitation, cooking skills, safety, and customer service.  All of the food service staff at BCISD completes training beyond what is required by TDA.
